wayuru veda
In the consultation, we ask you to answer questionnaire to diagnose your type for Wayuru veda.
​
You may have heard Ayurveda which is an Indian alternative medicine system. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word and it means 'science of life'. It is said that it has more than 5,000 years history.
​
In Ayurveda, it is believed that human body is composed of five basic elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether (space)). Further these are combined and form three elements which is called doshas (life energy). These 3 elements are Vata (space and air), Pitta (fire and water) and Kapha (water and earth).
Doshas support health and wellness when they in balance, but it causes sick or unwellness.

Wayuru veda was created based on Ayurveda and Japanese culture and lifestyle. (Wayuru veda is coined (made-up) word.)
​
Wa (和) = meaning of Japanese, Japanese culture, harmony, peace,
soften, calmness
Yuru (ゆる) = loose, ease, forgive

Veda = knowledge, science, truth
​
In Wayuruveda, we categorise three types as well.
